Wine and Bar Cart Styling

When styling your wine or bar cart you first want to think about the uses of them. Whether you are using the cart or not you want to style it in a way that is functional and makes sense. See my tips below.

·        First choose your wine or bar cart. You want to choose something that compliments the look of your home. This could be traditional, modern, rustic, or unique. Then think about how you want to stock it.

·        Next, pick a bucket. When serving things like champagne or white wine you need a bucket to chill the bottle. When not using it, it can always serve as a vase.

·        Organize your tools. You will most likely need a few gadgets. Proper tools are needed when making most drinks. Things such as a bar spoon, muddler, jigger to measure your pour and shaker to shake it up.

·        Choose your glassware. Bring your cart to life by proudly displaying your favorite glassware. Keep things dainty with some stemware or make it handsome with rough-hewn glasses. You can also add decanter filled with your favorite spirits.

·        Finish it with décor. Find your favorite bar book with different drinks to change things up during a party. Add trays, sculptures, vases or votives. Small accents can go a long way. Add a small lamp to give it some light. Stack the bar books and top it with some straws or fruit wedges to give it some color.

Enjoy!
